We usually eat in the restaurant and always experience fast and friendly service and great tasting food! This time, I needed a "to-go" order. I called and the order was handled in a very efficient and friendly way. He made sure that the order was correct and repeated it several times. I was at the restaurant in 15 minutes and the order was waiting for me. . Everything was correct, and by the time we got it home, it was still hot and delicious. We have been there at least 8 times or so and have never been disappointed!!

One of top two Vietnamese spots near Skeen/new Braunfels area. Very fast when order to go. Our favorite is the chicken sandwich. Delicious. very cute when you walk in as well since they have waterfalls as soon as you walk in.

Interesting waterfall entrance at the door. Seating area was pretty large and inviting. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was brought hot; in the case of the won ton soup, much too hot I'm afraid. Be sure to let it cool for a bit before trying it. But it was tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed the pineapple fried rice and shrimp with vegetables in a brown sauce. Gotta try some of the pho next time...and there will be a next time. I finished all my tea and went to pay and was offered a tea to go. Very appreciated since my mouth was still burning.

My mom and I wanted to try a new Pho place, and this place was great. Good customer service. We never went thirsty, someone was always making sure we had water. The food came out decently quick as well and was fresh! We got the Spring Rolls, they were delicious. Although I forgot to take a photo! We also both got the Beef Brisket Pho, I added Tofu to mine. The portions were unexpectedly HUGE. My mom maybe finished half, I have a bigger appetite but still couldn't finish mine completely. The restaurant itself was clean, and I liked the glass waterfall in the entry way. Would definitely come back! My mom is already wanting to!

This is an absolute GEM!!!! Had the V.2 vermicelli bowl with pork and egg roll. WOW! The pork was so tender and flavorful. The egg roll pieces were super crunchy and delicious. Got a pork banh mi to go. Staff are super nice and good came out quickly. It was busy when we walked in but you couldn't tell because the service was so fast. Everyone was in and out, without feeling pressured. Definitely want to come back.

Pho NB is our go to for pho in New Braunfels! It is everything you expect for a Vietnamese restaurant - the service is super fast, the broth is hot, and they will take your order very quickly. Whether you are dining in or ordering take out, the quality is good and you know what you will be getting. The broth is not too sweet, not too salty, and not too heavy cinnamon flavor. The spring rolls and egg rolls are classic and delicious. The chicken fried rice is good too. The Com Suon Nuong (Charcoal Broiled Pork Chops rice plate) is also pretty good but the pork chop pieces are more rectangular chunks that the flank style I was expecting. The Bahn Mis are pretty decent as well. Pho NB would get the classic Asian restaurant 3.5 stars (meaning they are the real deal) but Yelp doesn't give half stars.

The most authentic Vietnamese place in the area that I've found so far. We've been here about five times and even my Vietnamese mother approved of this place. Their egg rolls are super yummy and crispy. Also a great price and their veggies are always fresh. Their pho is good. Recently tried their bun thit nuong and the meat was very tasty. My husband got the rice plate with egg, pork and shredded pork and said his plate was really good. The chicken banh mi was good but could be better. It didn't have pate in it and I want to say it didn't have the Vietnamese mayo. I think the sandwich is Americanized so not super authentic but meat was good. Also their combination fried rice was okay. Again, more like Americanized fried rice. I saw on their menu they have Chinese dishes like beef broccoli, orange chicken, etc. but I feel like they really shine with their Vietnamese dishes.
